Description:
• Works in conjunction with Store Manager in managing all areas of the daily operations of the store
• Assists in developing weekly work schedules as well as scheduling meal and break periods.
• Ensures that the highest level of customer service is provided in the store. Set an example with
constant customer interaction on the selling floor.
• Implements all company directives and programs for visual merchandising.
• Communicates and successfully promotes programs aimed at increasing business.
• Ensures sales goals are achieved.
• Maximizes store profits through inventory management.
• Enforces all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines concurrently.
• Ability to understand budgets, sales, hours goals, and allocations.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Three plus years previous retail experience. Must have experience with operational,
merchandising, sales,and stock activities.
• College degree preferred.
